Information We Collect
Textile Portal processes data on behalf of registered business entities (Organizations). When employees access the platform through their organization's account, the Organization is the account holder. Textile Portal does not offer personal or consumer accounts. We collect information provided when registering an organization account, including the organization's business details and the contact information of the authorized representative. We also collect information about how the service is used, including usage data and log information generated automatically.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, process transactions, send service-related communications, and respond to your comments and questions. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Data Storage and Security
Your data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using AES-256. We store data on ISO 27001-certified infrastructure and perform daily backups. Access to customer data is strictly limited to authorised personnel.
Data Retention
We retain organization account information for as long as the account is active. If an organization cancels its subscription, the organization's data remains exportable for 30 days, after which it is securely deleted from our systems.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies or share cookie data with third-party ad networks.
Third-Party Services
We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs how they handle your payment information. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights or with any privacy questions, contact us at info@textileportal.eu.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice in the application. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
