Acceptance of Terms
Textile Portal is a B2B software platform designed exclusively for textile and apparel businesses — including workshops, ateliers, manufacturers, exporters, and production companies. These Terms govern the relationship between Textile Portal and the registered business organization. Employees and team members access Textile Portal as authorized users under their organization's account. Textile Portal is not intended for personal, consumer, or family use. By accessing Textile Portal on behalf of your organization, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
Description of Service
Textile Portal is a B2B software platform designed for textile businesses to manage customers, measurements, fabric inventory, material tracking, product codes, and production workflows via web and mobile applications.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at info@textileportal.eu of any unauthorised use of your account.
Subscription and Billing
Textile Portal, operated by MachTech Digital OÜ, is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing on behalf of your organization, you authorise us to charge the organization's payment method on a recurring basis at the agreed interval (monthly or annually). All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Organization Trial Period
Organization accounts include a 14-day trial period on paid plans. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, the organization may choose to subscribe or the account will revert to the free tier.
Cancellation
The organization's account administrator may cancel the subscription at any time from the account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The organization retains access to paid features until that date.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, transmit malicious code, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and software within Textile Portal are owned by or licensed to MachTech Digital OÜ. You retain full ownership of the data you enter into the platform. We claim no intellectual property rights over your business data.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MachTech Digital OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the past 12 months.
Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
