Process Tracking for the Steps You Actually Do
The manufacturer’s ten-step list is not your job. If you cut and sew, a washing row is only noise.
In Textile Portal you turn on the steps you really do. Every incoming job attaches to one of those processes.
Only your steps
Turn on cutting, sewing, washing, or packaging. A step you do not do stays off the list.
One order, one process
Each work order is written to one process. The batch number is used once there.
Your next process
When the shares are done, take the job into your next process or hand it back.
Handoff
When you finish, the manufacturer sees the outsourced step complete. Their internal step does not advance by itself.
