Work Orders with Your Own Batch Number
Working under the manufacturer’s batch number breaks the workshop’s own book. The same number collides across processes, and a worker cannot tell which share is theirs.
In Textile Portal each order is one process, one quantity, and your batch number. The number only has to be unique inside your workshop, for that process.
Your batch number
You create the number. It is used once for that process in your workshop.
One process, one quantity
A cutting order and a packing order stay separate.
The workshop’s record
The order lives on your account. You do not see the manufacturer’s internal steps.
Ready for the next step
When the shares are done, move it to your next process or finish and notify the manufacturer.
